Who's a Tart? Who's a Tart?...

Yes, Mick Jagger accepting that award was simply nauseating, and is a testament to what I have felt about him for quite awhile, he is simply a buffoon. Keith Richards, the musical talent behind the band, would spit on it, and rightly so. Can you "Imagine" John Lennon accepting it?
That award is a symbol of all that is wrong with the British Empire and it's system of privilege.
Lennon said in "God" "I don't believe in kings",
and there was Mick Jagger being knighted. A man that had made a career of being an anti-establishment rebel(so-called). I believe it points up two things. One, the greatest of the stones music, not performance, but the music itself, was virtually all Richards, and that Mr. Jagger becomes the "rock star with no clothes" as the rock world laughs at this silly shallow man.

Who's a Tart? Who's a Tart?...

Who's a Tart? Who's a Tart?: That's what I'd be singing into Mick Jagger's answering machine this week, if I was David Bowie.
