My wife says the same thing about Santa Barbara. Well, not the Cossacks part, but the rest of it.

I like the place a lot, actually. Never did think it was too perfect. Its flaw is the price of real estate. It isn't nice enough for that much money...

Its real flaw is that like so many small university towns, its politics are dominated by whacky college students and univ professors.

Santa Barbara ain't no college town, CHuck.
