/www.lytrules.com/weblog.html">blog is the same I have with several others I'd name but I no longer read -- white text on black backgrounds are absolute murder on my eyes, forcing me to flee screaming after 30 seconds. Even white on blue, like Kate Sullivan's site, makes my black eyes bloodshot. I'm just an audience of one, and a lazy, ungrateful one at that, but, you know, FYI.

This rules! Already people are correcting me on their own blogs.

I'm really loath to change the black, because y'know, I'm all goth and stuff. My message board can be customized by individuals (gotta sign on as a member, though) to be viewable in a number of different colors -- don't know if the blog can, but I'll look into it.

If you highlight the white on black text it turns to dark blue on white. Just a thought.

Dark blue on white. That usually describes Luke's hair. Although he did have some red stripes in there, too, for quite a while.

I'm glad somebody else hates those murky background blogskins. If Andrew Sullivan is able to get 100 zillion readers a day with his godawful white on blue scheme, I imagine he'd double Insta overnight with a standard black text on white setup.

Bill -- Hi! I only read Sullivan via the black-on-white option....
