Michael Savage and Talk Radio Network don't think so. They have mounted law suits against a number of web sites that have been effective in getting sponsors to drop the Michael Savage talk radio show.

It IS Boo-Fuckity-Hoo for those web sites named in the suits but it also shows how effective the net has become in negating the BS from mainstream media and giving new voice to the masses.
