Yikes, I'd forgotten all about those CNN-Time Magazine-People Magazine craptopias filling the night slots way back in 2000. Horrid crap, wasn't it? Makes MSNBC look good.

Considering Neumann's big brush with news was at Channel One, I'm amazed he didn't get Lisa Ling away from Nat'l Geo. He's an absolute fool and with any luck, he'll be gone after this pathetic attempt.

Fox is pretty decent the last day or two, they were definitely the first last night on the capture of the port. Their P.O.V., in the person at least of O'Reilly, is that of an aggressive autistic.

One thing I'm noticing about Fox today ... they're more interested in actually COVERGING THE WAR instead of speculating ... not that Fox doesn't speculate ... it's that if they have any actual news to report, they report it ... bombs going boom, planes taking off, troops doing what troops do.

Right now, Fox is talking about surrender talks, seque to guy in Baghdad, while MSNBC has a general pointing to map.
