I, here before you today, pledge $50 American toward a new PC for Senor Welch. Gateway can set him up with a new machine for about $400, so we're already 1/8th there. Any longtime fans willing to put money toward their favorite hatted friend? Act now. Click his PayPal link. Rarely do you get a chance for such a karma boost for so little effort.

p.s. As one of his main technical advisors, I know of what I speak. His current PC is old and stinky and houses mice and it doesn't even belong to him

Gateway? Nooooooo! Stay away from them, Dell, HP, and anything else sold at BestBuy or CompUSA. Go down to the local geek store and have them put one together for you. Have them slap Linux on it instead of Windoze.

All Matt does is browse the net (looking for Natalie Portman pictures, is my guess) and post to his blog. He doesn't need Windows for that. It's not like he does real work, right? :)

I'm going to get in SO much trouble when his browser is fixed!

You are a troublemaker, Rossz. I'd like to see Matt try to cope with Linux. I'd like to see him edit with vi. Muahahahaha!

Besides, Real Men build their own computers.

The computer for people who don't do real work is a Mac.
