The 21st Hijacker!: FBI off...

The 21st Hijacker!: FBI officials just released a global APB for a cute little Saudi boy named Saud A.S. al-Rasheed, who they say is connected to the Sept. 11 massacre. He's 21, and not believed to be in the United States at the moment.

Just for accuracy's sake, there technically isn't a 20th hijacker. The name stuck to Moussaoi, but the FBI etc. all say that technically he was never going to be a 20th hijacker, and he is not being charged with a crime calling him the 20th. But it's a catchy name! (there was an NPR story about this a few weeks back).

Yesterday I got off a plane in Atlanta (from Frankfurt) and some INS (or maybe Customs) guys were waiting at the door. They guy they were looking for was a young guy with some passing resemblance to al-Rasheed. Interesting. I don't claim it WAS al-Rasheed, mind you, but I do have to say I was impressed with the proactiveness of the INS/Customs guys.
