Prognosis
Oh, Prognosis. This was a paper five crazy friends and I launched in Prague, quite by accident, the year after the Velvet Revolution. It was the first non-commie English-language newspaper in the whole region, and on its good days (which outnumbered the grim, if barely) it was a thing of ragged beauty. Luckily, it died in 1995 before anything foul could happen to it. I've been meaning to have the spare time necessary to type in some of my less-painful contributions to the paper, or to excerpt the various ridiculous articles written about it, or to link to other people's drunken websites that reference it ... but there you go. I have, however, posted some funny descriptions of us & the paper over on the press page (scroll down to 1995, and then enjoy). More to come, just as soon as I get me one of them Genius Grants....
